Step 1
Pick your favourite item(s), fill in the order form available under the tab "Order Form" and click on "Submit Form".
Step 2
Once we receive your order form, we will send you a confirmation email within two(2) days, stating the full details of your order, charges for delivery, total payable amount and our CIMB account number for your reference. Please ensure that all details stated are correct before you proceed with the payment. No refund or exchange will be entertained once the payment is made. Kindly reply to the confirmation email within two(2) days.
Step 3
Bank-in or transfer the payment as stated in our confirmation email to our CIMB account within three(3) days. If there is no reply from your side, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Once we received the payment details, we will send out the item(s) on the next working day. You will receive our email stating the parcel's tracking code after we ship out your parcel. We would appreciate if you can email us once you receive the parcel.
